One of the sendgrid accounts was compromised and starting sending SPAM. Sendgrid revoked credentials and we worked with customers to give them new credentials and restore their services.

WHAT IS HAPPENING? We are researching an issue with sendgrid and have identified affected accounts.
WHO IS IMPACTED? 76 sendgrid accounts are affected
WHAT ARE WE DOING ABOUT IT? Sendgrid has made changes on their side that allow us to implement fixes for each customer
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? Action is required from each account owner for their services to be restored.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO? If your services were impacted, we attempted to contact you and requested that a ticket be opened in ServiceNow. If your services are not restored by this evening, please contact the Service Desk at 407-823‑5117 and indicate that you require on-call support for weekend resolution.

WHAT IS HAPPENING? We are researching an issue with sendgrid and have identified affected arrounts.
WHO IS IMPACTED? 76 sendgrid accounts are affected
WHAT ARE WE DOING ABOUT IT? We are identifying account owners and reaching out to them for action.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? Services will be resolved for the tenant, but require action is required from each account owner for their services to be restored.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO? When we restore services emails may resent themselves, or need to be restarted per email application processes.

WHAT ARE WE DOING ABOUT IT? We have identified the issue and working on resolution
