Microsoft has changed an external collaboration service. You will be unable to share files until you report this issue with the details on the remote site. This does not affect UCF OneDrive users sharing files with other UCF OneDrive users.



WHO IS IMPACTED?
UCF OneDrive users (faculty, students, and staff) who need to share files with someone at an external organization. If you see this message "our organization doesn't allow sharing with this domain due to Azure Active Directory B2B domain restriction setting. Please contact your IT department for help and refer to allow or block invitations - Microsoft Entra External ID | Microsoft Learn." then you are impacted by the issue.

WHAT ARE WE DOING ABOUT IT?
We are processing requests to restore access when incidents are submitted for the UC-M365 team.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
UCF IT will continue to monitor reports of collaboration issues and restore service as we receive incidents.
